Two Assets.
One Mission.

Who we Are

A disciplined uranium strategy, built for this market

We are a uranium exploration company acquiring and advancing assets in proven U.S. uranium districts, as domestic nuclear demand outpaces available supply.

We are a uranium exploration company targeting near-term catalysts and long-term value creation, ahead of a deepening domestic supply deficit.

Our approach

Every acquisition is grounded in independent technical data. Every work program is designed to de-risk the asset and build verifiable value at each stage, for the benefit of our shareholders.

Geological potential

Historically productive districts with documented mineralization

02

Infrastructure access

Proximate to roads, power, and processing corridors

03

Phased execution

Stage-gated programs that build confidence and reduce capital risk

Our Assets

Two U.S. uranium projects. One focused strategy

Our portfolio is anchored by a flagship asset in Utah’s Paradox Basin, one of the most historically significant uranium-producing districts in the American West, complemented by an early-stage position in Wyoming.

Flagship Asset – Utah, USA

Powerline Project, Paradox Basin

Utah, USA

Our flagship Powerline Project covers 4,000+ acres in Utah’s Paradox Basin, one of North America’s most historically significant uranium-producing districts. Historical data shows mineralized intervals of up to 35 metres, with a confirmed 19-metre high-grade zone.

EXPLORATION UPSIDE

Carbon County Project

Wyoming, USA

We hold an option on an early-stage uranium asset in Carbon County, Wyoming, a historically significant U.S. uranium jurisdiction. The project hosts hard-rock mineralization with higher-grade zones identified within a broader mineralized trend, offering meaningful geological diversification alongside our Utah flagship.
