About UraCore Energy Corp

Built to advance one of America's most compelling uranium opportunities.

We are an exploration-stage uranium company advancing our flagship Powerline Project in Utah’s Paradox Basin, a district that has produced over 328 million pounds of uranium since the 1950s. Our land position covers 4,000+ acres with a confirmed 35-metre mineralized zone, including 19 metres of high-grade material along a 13-kilometre structural trend.

Our 2026 work program advances the asset in three stages:

Q1

Qualified Person report to validate scale and define drill targets

Q2

Twin-hole RC drilling and step-out programs

H2

NI 43-101 maiden resource estimate ahead of our TSX Venture Exchange listing

We are structured to support multi-million dollar investments at each stage, with a clear path to a TSX Venture Exchange listing and meaningful returns for our investors
