Burgex Mining Consultants begins the first modern geological mapping and sampling program on the Little Man Mine trend in more than 45 years
TORONTO, ON June 8, 2026 – UraCore Energy Corp. (“UraCore” or the “Company”), a privately held uranium exploration company focused on the United States, is pleased to announce that a field crew from Burgex Mining Consultants (“Burgex”) has mobilized to the Buffalo Uranium Project (“Buffalo” or the “Project”) in Carbon County, Wyoming, and today commenced a geological mapping and rock-chip sampling program (the “Program”).
UraCore entered into a letter of intent on April 24, 2026 (the “LOI”) to acquire an option on Buffalo and is working toward a definitive option agreement. The Program is being carried out by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ameranium Energy Corp., with the consent of the property vendors under the LOI signed on April 24, 2026. It is the first systematic surface program on the property since Conoco Inc. (“Conoco”) explored the area between 1977 and 1980.¹
“Putting a field crew on Buffalo this quickly shows exactly how we intend to run this company: secure good ground on smart terms, then get to work,” said Peter Kim, Chief Executive Officer of UraCore. “The Little Man Mine has waited more than four decades for a modern exploration program. With Burgex mapping and sampling the trend, we are taking the first real step toward defining what this system can become.”
UraCore engaged Burgex on the basis of a proposal dated March 25, 2026. The Program is designed to build a modern geological framework for the Project and to identify the surface expression of the uranium system along the Little Man trend. The scope includes:
Fieldwork is expected to take approximately ten days, with assay results and the Burgex report expected in Q3 2026. The Company will report results once they have been received and reviewed by a qualified person.
The scientific and technical information has been reviewed and approved by Seymour M. Sears, B.A., B.Sc., P. Geo, a “qualified person” as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Seymour M. Sears is independent of the Company.

Technical information. Historical information relating to the Little Man Mine and to Conoco Inc.’s exploration of the area (1977–1980), including production, grade and drilling information, is taken from historical reports. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to verify it, and the Company is not treating it as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Mineralization at the historic Little Man Mine is not necessarily indicative of mineralization elsewhere on the Project. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated on the Buffalo Project, and no NI 43-101 technical report on the Project has been filed. There is no certainty that further exploration will result in the discovery of an economic deposit. Information attributed to third-party consultants is drawn from reports prepared for Ameranium Energy Corp., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Company believes these consultants to be reputable but has not independently verified all of the information in their reports, other than as described under “Qualified Person.” Rock-chip samples collected in the Program will be selective grab samples, are not necessarily representative of mineralization on the Project, and will not indicate grade, thickness or continuity.
