URACORE ENERGY EXPANDS BUFFALO EXPLORATION WITH SYSTEMATIC 300-SITE GRID SAMPLING PROGRAM

North American Exploration Services begins property-wide rock sampling and radiometric surveying at the Buffalo Uranium Project

TORONTO, ON, July 13, 2026 – UraCore Energy Corp. (“UraCore” or the “Company”), a privately held uranium exploration company focused on the United States, is pleased to announce that North American Exploration Services, Inc. (“NAE”) today commenced a systematic grid rock-chip sampling and radiation reading program (the “Grid Program”) at the Buffalo Uranium Project (“Buffalo” or the “Project”) in Carbon County, Wyoming.

The Grid Program is the second field program at Buffalo this summer. It follows the geological mapping and targeted sampling program completed by Burgex Mining Consultants between June 8 and June 17, 2026, and is designed to give UraCore objective, property-wide coverage of the uranium system around the historic Little Man Mine.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Second crew in the field: NAE mobilized to Buffalo less than four weeks after the first field program wrapped up, keeping momentum through the summer season.
  • 300 planned sample sites: The Grid Program covers the Buffalo claims with approximately 300 sample sites on a regular grid, with a radiation reading at every site.
  • Systematic, not selective: June’s program targeted the most radioactive and altered rocks. Grid sampling collects material at fixed intervals regardless of what is seen at surface, giving an objective picture of where uranium is concentrated.
  • A property-wide dataset: Combined with the June results, the grid data is intended to outline the extent and continuity of mineralization along the Little Man trend and sharpen targets for future drilling.
“Two field crews in two months tells you how seriously we are taking Buffalo,” said Peter Kim, Chief Executive Officer of UraCore. “Burgex showed us where to look; this grid program measures the whole system methodically, so that when we choose drill targets, we choose them on data.”

THE GRID PROGRAM

UraCore engaged NAE on the basis of a proposal dated July 6, 2026. The Grid Program is designed to complement the targeted work completed in June, and its scope includes:

  • Collection of rock-chip samples, or soil samples where outcrop is absent, at approximately 300 sites on a regular grid across the Buffalo claims
  • A hand-held radiation reading at every sample site, recorded with GPS location
  • Delivery of the sample set, field data and a summary report to the Company

Fieldwork is expected to be completed in approximately ten days, with NAE’s report to follow with, samples subsequently submitted to laboratory for analysis. The Company will report results once they have been received and reviewed by a qualified person.

Technical information. Historical information relating to the Little Man Mine and to Conoco Inc.’s exploration of the area (1977–1980), including production, grade and drilling information, is taken from historical reports. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to verify it, and the Company is not treating it as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Mineralization at the historic Little Man Mine is not necessarily indicative of mineralization elsewhere on the Project. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated on the Buffalo Project, and no NI 43-101 technical report on the Project has been filed. There is no certainty that further exploration will result in the discovery of an economic deposit. Information attributed to third-party consultants is drawn from reports prepared for Ameranium Energy Corp., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Company believes these consultants to be reputable but has not independently verified all of the information in their reports, other than as described under “Qualified Person.” Hand-held radiation readings measure only near-surface radioactivity and are not a measure of uranium grade. Readings taken with different instruments may not be directly comparable.
